[amsat-bb] FO-29 gone coo-coo?

I tried to work FO-29 today (Wednesday) hoping to find FO-29 in JA mode, but could find no activity.  When I tuned up the band to the digitalker frequency, I heard something that sounded like a woman's voice say "this is duck soup" followed by the coo-coo sound.  Anyone else hear the same thing?  Is this what digitalker is all about?
