Only a handful of these logfiles have any display programs
available, and many available programs are obsolete (look at
the 1991-vintage programs on ftp.amsat.org).
One example from my own experience: the only program I've ever
seen to display TO-31's whole orbit data files is the one I
wrote myself after reverse-engineering some sample files.
I'd certainly appreciate it if you were a little more forth-
coming with documentation on this stuff. I've asked - several
times - about the revised protocol for UO-36. Not using WiSP
at home (or even Windows, for that matter), the current
"solution" does exactly nothing for me...
