Not that I know of. I thought about putting the link budget as text into
an email message to the list, but there's a big difference between text and
a spreadsheet. With the spreadsheet, you can see the calculations, change
numbers to reflect your own station parameters, or numbers you just
disagree with, etc, and see the results. I'll look around for a viewer.
Do you have some other spreadsheet program? ... or just no spreadsheet
program?
Me, no spreadsheet, Thanks to a couple of people who suggested that I
check out Microsoft, I found this page very quickly, which is the Excel
viewer. They've got a number of viewer and converters.
I should have though of that. I already have a Word viewer.
