[amsat-bb] UO-14 with a Handheld

I decided to try UO-14 with the TH-7A and a Comet Miracle Boy II, 47 
centimeters (19 inch) long HT antenna, and made contact with XE2YVW and 
W7JPI easily.  Not the smallest satellite station but works ok.
