[amsat-bb] I'll through whining!

I did not raise the issue of high power FM users to keep a spam thread
spinning.  I just wanted to make my feelings known, and hope AMSAT and ARRL
will consider rule changes to make these single user birds more accessible
to all for the bonus points.  Let's get on with more positive discussion.
After all, we're in this hobby for the fun of it!
