That would be about the maximum station one needs (or should need) on FM, nd
one that will yield excellent results under normal conditions.  The real
beauty of this sort of station is it's fully portable (ideal for Field
Days!), like the time I worked UO-14 while walking down the street, much to
the surprise of at least one ZL. :-)  Actually, down here, stations of this
class seem to do best of all on UO-14.  The fixed stations find pointing and
polarisation errors eat away at their downlink signal.
