[amsat-bb] Correction

Hi,

In yesterday's e-mail, "World's smallest satellite station?", the metric 
length of the Diamond SRH805 antenna should read 38 mm, not 38 cm.  It 
remains 1 1/2 inches in the system that is still in use in the United States. 
 Another example of why :)
