Re: field day tracking programs



Hi Rick and the group.  Your suggestion for the PALM is good.
For those that are planning on field day and have been
attempting to determine which satellite and when each is
available, I've found AOS.EXE is excellent!  By setting this
program up properly, EVERY satellite in the two line NASA
Kep file will be printed out sequentially!  For more detail,
it is hard to beat PREDICT.  Each will run on the simplest,
DOS PC and can share the same Kep file if needed.  You can
get it from DK1TB, in English at this URL:

Go to "downloads", then AOS v2.5
Both programs, unzipped and ready to go occupy only 371K.
