I hope you don't think those "accents" are only on the birds....try the
lower end of 10 Meters, or even 30 Meters.....

Same problem everywere. You can hear many diffrent spanish accents on the
birds. For two consecutive weeks I have even heard arabic on UO-14 on
Sundays.
What happend if the FM satellites are reconfigured to use CTCSS tones?
