[amsat-bb] Sunsat ADCS tests continues

Hi folks,

Sunsat entered permanent sunlight a few days ago, leading to higher 
temperatures and more demanding control requirements.  Sunsat will 
remain sunlit until November 2000.  Experiments to ensure that it 
survives this testing period will continue for an undetermined time.  
An announcement will be made when the ham services are resumed.  See
