[amsat-bb] uni_trac clock

Im experiencing  a problem with the 
local & UTC time clocks .

Im using Uni_Trac v2.00

I had entered all the information required.
  
a strange thing occured 

my local time is placed where it says 
UTC,and the UTC time is placed 
where it says local time.

the computer clock is fine 

I entered the time difference from UTC
=-4 

and I entered the latitude beside the
  = 45.500 (without the (+) which isnt 
suppose to be there from what I was told.

and I entered the longitude beside the
  =-73.650 
----------------------------------
I cant seem to find the problem to this
but when I was able to place the UTC
time in the right place , then my local
time would be off by 10 hours

I  have a few other satellite programs
which dont have this problem , like
in Uni _Trac
  
does anyone have a clue to this problem ?
