[amsat-bb] SO-35(SUNSAT) analysis

I received SO-35 tlm data at "Jun 8, 08:47-08:58 UTC" with EXTERM.EXE
And I sorted this data by the term 'T#', '>OBC', and ':BLN'.

[T#:Telemetry] were transmitted every about 10 seconds.
[>OBC:On Board Computer] were transmitted every 1 minute.
[:BLN:Bulletin] were transmitted every 30 seconds.

  nnn : Entry buffer pointer          [from 0 to 24]
  ppp : Battery state of charge       [ppp percent]
  vvv : Battery voltage               [vvv*0.1 V]
  ccc : Battery current               [(ccc-2^7)*10 mA]
  ttt : Battery temperature           [ttt C]
  sss : Top plate sun sensor          [an uncalibrated 8 bit value]
  12345678 : State of 8 solor panel   [0: sourcing the power bus]
                                      [1: shunted dumping energy]
