Doug,
Unfortunately, the URL is no longer valid. I did a 7 day archive for
"Yosemite" and only found the article on the PET scan done for the person
accused of killing 3 people in Yosemite. There are all sorts of other
articles that are older but SJM charges to view these.
[EVERYBODY, when you tell us about a news story it would help if you would
document, the date and author of the article, as well as the title and
section (if applicable) it appeared.]
Just for fun, a broad interpretation of "personal telemetry equipment" might
include, GPS, radar IFF transponders, emergency locator beacons, cell
phones, CBs, ham radio, weather radios, broadcast band radios, pagers,
On-Star navigation, and of course, my personal companion, the probation
tracking anklet which pages my parole officer with my location every hour.
