Re: FD2000



We will not be making any changes to the AMSAT FD rules this year.
They can be found at http://www.amsat.org - just change the dates
appropriately, i.e. FD is always the FOURTH weekend of July, and
we are in the year 2000.  We are considering passing out a few
more certificates, but this will not change the basic rules.
