[amsat-bb] Sat Burn-Up/Meteor Scatter?

It would seem that the planned de-orbit of the Compton Gamma Ray
Observatory will provide a massive chunk of ionization across the sky. I
think the target burn area is the eastern Pacific but I wonder if we
will have any chance for enhanced communications, like meteor scatter?
