[amsat-bb] Symek TNC-3S setup

I have just placed an order with SYMEK for an IFD board and a TNC-3S.  Is
there anyone out there that has this setup working with Wisp that could
offer some pointers on getting operational on 9600 and 38.4 with this
configuration?
