[amsat-bb] WiSP Schedule Events under NT

Is anyone out there using the "schedule events" feature of WiSP under NT
4.0?

The only indication of a problem (besides nothing happening) that I get is a
negative integer in the "Return" field of the "History" portion of the
"Schedule Events" menu.

It appears to work fine under win98.
