HI Bob,
It is my understanding that after June, Kenwood will upgrade the radios 
(TH-D7A) for a modest cost of $60.00. I talked to Paul from Kenwood while I 
was at Dayton and this is the information he gave me. However, he did not 
indicate which upgrade this would be.
