[amsat-bb] Catalog Number in AMSAT-KEP

A few order of Catalog Number in AMSAT-KEP is changed since Jan 2000.
When you update the satellite databese with WiSP32, you must delete
the old data beforehand in  'GSC - Database - Edit Satellite Data'.
