[amsat-bb] Antenna Alignment based on Al/Az of Sun/Moon

Hi All;
Here is an excellent program from US Naval Observatory to develop your Al/Az 
of the
Sun (center) based on your coordinates.Also to align antenna to true North 
(includes
adjustment for atmospheric refraction and magnetic declination at your site 
at a specific
time) uses your standard time.
