[amsat-bb] Re-set TEPR

Hello All,

How is the best way to contact Mike N4USI or Chuck KM4NZ for re-set of
the TEPR.
The bird shuts off half way through the pass now day.(in Utah)
I have sent email to Chuck's QRZ e mail address without response.
