[amsat-bb] WISP-TLM

Does anyone know what the status of WISP-TLM is? I tried to install and
use it but it doesn't seem to work . I was able to get it to come up on
the screen but it doesn't seem to talk to MSPE. I noticed it wasn't in
the WISP32.zip file from AMSAT. Also some help on the EQ files would be
great.
