[amsat-bb] FO-29 in mode JA by June 8(Thu)

Hi all,

The command station of FO-29 had announced that
the bird FO-29 will stay in mode JA until June 8(Thu),
although the bird should had been switched into
the mode JD 1200 since May 8(Mon)
because the command station couldn't change the operation 
mode of the bird due to the heavy ground QRM.
