[amsat-bb] OTT Light (Full Spectrum Light) Noise

Has anyone dealt with reducing the noise from a "full spectrum" light?  This
one was made by OTT.  It is pretty nasty on HF and annoying all the way
through 2 meters.  My wife uses it for sewing and LOVES it.  Getting rid of
the light without a "full spectrum" replacement is not an option, the radios
would have to go first.
