[amsat-bb] make my day

Hello	 
I will be QRV for the 1st time at 0153Z+ on AO-10 at about 145.91.  My
station has evolved to the point  that AO-10 is "feasible".  I'm running
an IC451, max 10 watts to a single 8 el quagi, through 60 feet of
LMR400uf.  I can hear my down link at 12000km, though it is only a few dB
above mental telepathy.  I will be on cw and ssb if possible.
