[amsat-bb] FO-20 Status.

Hi, All.

The FO-20 Ground Station, JARL says:

It has been over 10 years since FO-20 was launched.The internal battely is
being aged.
We are not able to get the status of the bird from the beacon, but we think
FO-20 is probably a final stage now.
If the bird was commercial, we could end the operation. But we will continue
as long as the bird can use.
