Tonight at 04/22/2000 02:50 utc I will turn on the S-Band Tx (2401.143) for
at least 24 hours. I f the battery condition after 24 hours is good, will
continue
S-Band operation through the weekend. The 70 cm Tx power will be down
to 300 milliwatts.
