[amsat-bb] MIR 1500 UTC over DN71 - zippo

Like the subject says - not a thing heard from MIR on 145.985 Mhz. 

Had the Chromapix SSTV program running in Auto RX, just in case. 

Was also listening to the audio via monitor speaker - just in case the 'wet
ware' detector could hear something the hardware didn't.
