RE: [amsat-bb] How often do I need to update Keps for STSORBITPLUS?

Winorbit also accepts .tl3 names as well.  Mu "standard" update file name
that I use is "amateur.tle".  Like all the other names, I simply dump it
into winorb\keps. :-)
