An extract from an email on linux-hams in January:
"I've modified mtrack-022 to include a y2k fix for NASA-format keplerians,
and for other time-related bugs. I put mtrack-0.2.2b.tgz and
mtrack022b.diff (just the mods) on ftp://pc.usl.edu/pub/ham/sat/
