RE: [amsat-bb] uo-36 s band signal

The beacon is not normally on and is only scheduled occasionally.  I will
try to schedule some further operations in about 1 month when the power
budget is better.

The beacon will probably be configured to transmit a simple carrier on
2401MHz.
