[amsat-bb] AO-16 S-Band

Tonight at 04/11/00 03:15 utc I will turn on the S-Band transmitter
(2401.143 Mhz)
and turn down the power on the PSK transmitter to 300 mw.(437.025 Mhz).  I
will
run this configuration for 24 hours pending the condition of the batteries.
I will
also be running a Whole Orbit Data survey during this time to determine
battery
drawdown.  The satellite will be sending telemetry every minute during this
test.
Digipeat will be on.
