Sounds like you have an old version of WiSP that is not Y2K compatible.  Go
to fttp://ftp.amsat.org/amsat/software/win32/wisp and download WISP3214 for
the latest version.  Only WiSP3213 and WiSP3214 versions are Y2K
compatible.  Previous versions are not.
