[amsat-bb] Tonight's UO-36 Pass

What a pass! Don't remember the time (maybe 0230U).  Was almost on the bird
by myself - I saw W4SM once.  I've only seen W4SM, W0SL, and N8VEQ (correct
call?).  I was able to download almost 390k.  What a wonderful downlink!  At
only an S1 - S3, I am able to copy 100%!
