[amsat-bb] keps in PREDICT 2.0.2d

Hi John,

tnx for the new version 2.0.2d of PREDICT. I used the former
version on my notebook. Just one note:

I composed my own data set PREDICT.TLE using AMATEUR.TLE from
NASA/GSFC ORBITAL DATA - but the program did not accept the keps

The reason is the plussign at the end of line 1. I think in your program
predict.c in line #193 (part of the "torture test")

             (line1[52]^' ') | (line1[59]^'-') | (line1[61]^' ') |

the expression   | (line1[59]^'-') should be cancelled.
