[amsat-bb] UO-36 over S.America?

Hi,
	I've been trying to receive UO-36 on 437.400 & 437.025 for some days
having read nothing on my FM, narrowband S-meter (I have no intention to
decode data yet). I suspect UO-36 is turned off while over SouthAmerica.
	Can anybody confirm this please?
	Supposing it *is* turned off here, when is UO-36 planned to be open anywhere?
