Is the converter for geosync sat ~1691mhz Wefax or polar sat ~1700mhz HRPT? 
Is the output on VHF?

I am also VERY interested in getting a copy of the WX downconverter article 
with the same payment provisions. A scanned and emailed copy would be great 
if possible.
