[amsat-bb] Anyone heard RS-15 in the last week?

Hello everyone,

I have listened for RS-15 several times in the last week and haven't heard it at all.  I heard it last two weekends ago.  Is anyone having better luck?

I have found RS-13 every time I have looked for it, so I think my equipment is ok.
