The TS790 has a 70,4515 MHz 1st IF, the impedance of the mixer output
and filter input is approx. 450 Ohm. There is no filter at this point,
you will be able to receive any frequency around the frequency shown
on the display.

I have made a wideband receiver for TS790 which converts the 70,4515 to
10,70 MHz and demodulates a 80 kHz wide band to receive high speed packet
with 38k and 76k Baud. Perhaps, this board would be good for your
