[amsat-bb] KO-23

Hello,
I just returned from my volunteer duty at Digi Sat Station KE4ZXW, at
the Virginia Air and Space Center, in Hampton, VA, USA. KO-23 made a
pretty high pass, while I was there, but there was no carrier. A check
of our Stats indicate it went off again about 1300 EST yesterday,
3-24-00. Did anyone else notice this and has there been any notices to
that effect?
