[amsat-bb] WiSP DDE Client V.2.7

Hi,
	For those using WiSP DDE Client software: with latest version (2.7) the
recurring "Overflow error" bug has been eliminated, also AR-8000 receiver
is added and DDE from WinOrbit can now be captured.

	Available from www.chasque.apc.org/franky
	Soon will also be available from AmSAT-NA web page.
