[amsat-bb] IC821 setup

Anyone have any luck getting all the internal menu settings right to use 
the IC 821 on 9k6 sats in digital mode?  We managed to get the sub band 
(UHF) audio to route out the ACC connector, but then the PTT didn't 
work.  A list of all the options that must be changed to get this radio 
fully set up would be appreciated.
