   Hi Jay,

Please thank the operator for coming up on AO-10 last night. Please tell
him once he gets on frequency to stay. AO-10 will go through periodic fades
in signal strength. He will be able to work more stations and find his
downlink if he stays on frequency. The de-facto DX frequency for AO-10 is
145.890.

Since his signal is so weak, he will make more contacts if he comes up at
the begining of the pass.
