[amsat-bb] Errors in tracking programs

Hi all

I wonder if someone could help me figure out the
errors I get
since this morning's keps (ORBS063).

STSPLUS = Basic error = 5

Station = Runtime error 5 (invalid procedure call)

Both programs will terminate if I try using them.
