Someone else reported this to me on Tuesday, and the problem turned out
to be that STARSHINE was in the TLE file, and STARSHINE recently decayed
in the Earth's atmosphere. Apparently, the problem is the result of the
program trying to predict the next AOS of a satellite that has decayed
so much and is so low in altitude, that it can never above the horizon.
