[amsat-bb] Thanks for Msg. re. Feb 29th Roll over

Thanks to all that replied re. the Feb. 29 rollover. I booted up the PC.
and loaded Wisp and noticed that pass times didn't line up with
Sattrak3.
 March 1 2000.... Reset the date and all is well again, Yes,hope to have
a PC. upgrade for the Sats. by the next leap year in 2004.
