The Station comes in a zip file.  You should be able to get all the programs
in the directory by using PKUNZIP or WINZIP or similar.  Then run the setup
program - it should ask for your registration #.

Perhaps you did all the above.  If so try downloading again - maybe
something got screwed up (unusual).
