[amsat-bb] UO-14 alligators

Darn shame about the alligators on UO-14.  Beautiful bird.  Wish 
the rest of us could use it once in a while...

I've worked it with 5 watts and a 5/8 wave dummy load on my HT 
(thanks, John!).  Obviously then, 5 watts should be plenty with a 
"real" antenna.  I guess that's not enough for some folks.
