Early models used the 858, later models the 8719. Still, the 8719
should be able to go a good ways into 10 meters just by manipulating
the PLL program pins. The fact is, most of the PLL CB rigs don't need
a crystal change at all to go to 10 meters, unless you get one of the
'newest' models that had the mask-ROM PLL chip to prevent CBer
'tinkering'.
The Cybernet PLL02A-based chassis is another easy one, but the
receivers tend to be noisier (IMHO) and I don't like them as well as
the Uniden receivers.
