The 01:40 Z pass of UO-14 found several North American operators in 
QSO.  Mike, N1JEZ was operating with 1.5 watts.  I had my power lever down 
to 1/2 watt.  Will, N3ZLL was operating HT portable, with an Arrow antenna.

Who will be the first to work this bird with an HT and rubber ducky?

Maybe the dust will have to settle first?
